The asset’s manager reviews the Issue and assigns an authorised technician. Responsibility is clear.

Repair in progress
The technician replaces the worn wheel on the pallet truck.

Completion and history
The technician records the completed repair with a photo. The work stays in the asset history.

Workers report
Use Shared assets for equipment reported by several people. Enable Reporter access and let authorised workers join the workspace. Reporting access does not grant repair-management rights.
Managers coordinate
Invite managers through Members and assign them to the relevant assets. They review reports and assign repairs within their permissions.
Technicians repair
Invite technicians through Members. Assigned technicians carry out the work and record completion according to their role and assignment.
